Level I - Revalida
Scope:              All clinical procedure taught and demonstrated in NCM 100 skills
laboratory.
 
 
Guidelines:
1. Assembly time:      30 minutes before the scheduled time
 
2.     Assembly area:      Campus Pavilion (near Nursing Building -NB)
3.     No cellphones, bags and handouts/manuals allowed at the holding and testing rooms.
You will be physically checked to determine for the presence of cellphones
4.     Absences and tardiness will not be tolerated, NO MAKE UP, Except for those who
have DOCUMENTED MEDICAL/EMERGENCY CONDITIONS.
5.     You will be escorted by your assigned faculty to the rest room if you need to use the
facility.
6. Wear your complete RLE UNIFORM.
7.     Each student will be given 15 minutes to perform the assigned procedure, to answer
questions or accomplish tasks completely. No second chance will be given to any student
if he/she fails to answer the question.
8.     No student will be allowed to loiter within FEU premises during the Revalida. You
must leave immediately after the Revalida.
9.     Please see the attached schedule of your Revalida for your respective room
assignment.
10. Revalida is equivalent to 20% of your total grade in NCM 100 RLE.
